Subject	Problem with black strip below spoiler

Message	So according to SEARCH, Im supposed to just hold a heat gun up againts the black strip under the spoiler and it is supposed to come off really easily. Well the only thing I manage to do when I hold the heat gun up to it is get the paint on the spoiler to bubble right above or below it. Any help is appreciated, mine is in terrible condition and looks like crap...I need to get it off!! =)
