Message	i'd buy it in a heart beat for $12,000. As long as you get the car checked out, make sure all the repairs were done, and done right, frame not bent, etc., I'd get it. If the car was repaired correctly, then youre getting a $22,23k car for $10k less, because of the name on the title.
