Message or any other high end engine builder, racing team, because they are the only ones with enough money to test everything out - mod by mod. PLEASE BE SPECIFIC AS WHICH MODS YOU WANT SO PEOPLE CAN TELL/ESTIMATE THE KIND OF POWER YOU WILL GAIN. Blueprinting and balancing will only get you so far. There are other issues to consider at high rpm's such as harmonic vibrations, piston speed, etc. YOU WANT SPECIFICS you should contact a specialist, otherwise you will only get estimates like you did on your post in the tech section.
