Message	21 hours(somewhere around there) to pull an engine and drop another one in. Clutch should only be a couple hours *max* of labor on top of that since the engine will be out. Your probably looking at over $2,000 labor at the dealer. Its expensive, especially if your dealer is one of the more expensive around (Some are in the $110/hr range). Depending on where you are located, Id recommend taking your car to a Z specialist where they will have a much lower rate for that sort of thing.
