Message	like aZiator said...the S-AFC won't change anything until you tell it to. About mounting...some folks use the mounting bracket and put it up above the AC vents in the center bezel...others put it around the stereo if you have an empty spot. I'm going to putting mine just below CD player with is in the upper DIN (lower is vacant). Also if you like the hidden approach...either the glove box or center console...Good Luck!
