Hi, I bought a panel duct off E-Bay for my Z and I just want to make sure what I got is will be ok on my car. 1)First problem: If you see from this picture below there are no holes for the screws. Will a body shop have any problems making the holes?
 2) Do you think it is the same quality as Stillen?
Here was the description for the panel This stillen-style panel will give your Z a unique high-performance appearance. This piece is one of the first items you should add if you want to improve the style/appearance of your vehicle to match its performance. High quality polyurethane constrution ensures that this piece will never wear or break, and will last the life of your car. Stillen retails theirs for over $200. Get yours for much less here. Piece comes surface-prepped, and primered gray in color. NOTE- Don't buy one of the cheap fiberglass copies being sold on ebay, be sure you get this one, which is made of the same, durable, quality material as a Genuine Stillen panel. You'll be glad you did. This piece fits right on, and doesn't require finishing, unlike the fiberglass model. If you are unsure what material you should choose, just check with any of the major aftermarket body panel manufactureres, and you will see that the highest quality, most expensive kits are Polyurethane. It is much more resistent to cracks, and impact damage than fiberglass. It is a more expensive, and difficult material to manufacture with, but produces a much better end result. For Unbiased information on Urethane vs. Fiberglass body panels, please check out [ www.wingswest.com/faq.asp ] WingsWest is the largest aftermarket body panel manufacturer in the US, and produce products with both materials. They sell urethane, and fiberglass versions of many of their products, and it should be noted that their urethane items are substantially more expensive. 3) What is a fair price to have a body shop install and paint it? 4) Should I give the seller a bad review I bought the item on 6th and did not get it till today. I emailed him twice last week just to ask if it was shipped ge never replied. I appreciate the help... Thanks in advance!
