| Well we here @ the Bernie's Garage & Pit Stop would like to dedicate this install to all those NA guys w. TT dreams. Reasonable idea to install a TT spec clutch on the NA if you need one and have a conversion in mind down the road. However allow some time for a couple of test fits to get it right. In a nut shell we installed a TT spec RPS street disc and lightened flywheel on a 90 2+2, in the end pedal pressure was not at all bad and quite smoot IMHO, certainly better then the abuse that my 2+2's ACT would dish out. The guilty parties: Ipctmsg (drag queen, AKA Noel Doncomearoundherenomo)
 Spee (aka Da Doctor)
Myself (aka "1/2 Shorts", I got a PATENT on it so don't even think of copying me, I'm going to start my own line)
The victim: Mystery orange cluch cover "custom" clutch, dead after 18 months of abuse.
100 uses for a Domino's Pizza box.. btw their chicken wings suck.
New RPS street vs. spent NA unit.
Shaviong back some of the inner bell housing "ribs" to assure clearance of the larger FW & clutch disc.

Rough guide line for the FW and how much of the bell we wanted to trim out.
New RPS FW during install - very NICE product:
And then the cluch & cover:
Mentions go out to Archer for on hand "tool bitch" duties, Kaz for TOB walk through via IM, SpdDemon13 for IMing from Japan to stall and delay our progress :-) and the TTnet clutch FAQ that we had pulled up for reference the whole time. Noel - wanna go test drive this thing? I know it's 4AM but damn you sleep like a bitch... :-)
As always, the right parts and on time:
