Message I agree that if they are indeed only hitting 1 or 2 psi by 4000RPM, the wastegates won't be a factor. But, that seems very laggy from what I've been told.

I was told (by a 2530 owner no less) that the 1420's spool at least a bar by 3400 RPM on his friends car, and that the 1420 car felt better as a daily driver. I don't know what the supporting mods were.

It has come to light, however, that Thrash has the wrong (lighter) springs installed. Not sure how much of an impact this will have.

How much of an impact does compression ratio have on spool up and HP? I'm going with a custom 9.2:1 piston setup, curious how much of a difference this will make.
