Subject	Are the Z1 motorsports sport 500 turbos any better?

Message	Im on a budget on about 1500-1800 and the only turbos i saw that i could afford was the z1 motorsports sport 500 turbos. i wanted to know if they were ok performance wise and budget wise?? ASAP?!?!
