Message Pulley should only take a couple of hours. I think its a diy job, but then of course, I dont know how inclined you are. As far as the flywheel goes, you could also diy, but if its your first time, it will take about 6-8 hours probably. The one time I took my Z to a shop to have a clutch and flywheel done, it cost about $1300 for parts and labor, so I would think its about $400-$500 in labor. Are you just replacing the flywheel and not the clutch too? Get them both done at the same time. Kill two birds with one stone.
