Message	You have the 14 psi springs installed, yet adjusted the actuators to open at 11.5 psi. By doing this you have removed a large portion of the actuator preload necessary to keep the wastegates shut under boost. I suspect you are bleeding off exhaust pressure ahead of the turbine, causing the lag and lower than expected power. The fact that you can't get above 22.5 psi of boost with the boost controller at 100% duty supports this. Also...your profile mentions Random Tech cats. Are these cats mounted on the stock midpipes, or on Greg D's pipes?
