Message	I didn't realize he was using cats (even though they're high flow). That can't help. Also, it doesn't look like he has an underdrive pulley. That will usually help the bottom end out quite a bit (~10 hp across the band). The manifolds have to help them quite a bit, along with a better exhaust system (Labree x-pipe with Labree exhaust will outflow and outspool the Stillen, for sure). Also, I wonder what his compression is. 140 and lower will contribute to lag a bit. This culmination of things WILL add up and WILL improve the spoolup of these turbos considerably. Other than not being able to go higher than 22 psi, I'd say the chart of these turbos is pretty in line with my expectations and not bad at all.
