I've never heard of this other place.. where are they located and what kind of dyno do they have? The chart isn't too bad considering medium boost (they are at least another 4 lbs capable) and still a potential wastegate problem, along with almost stock manifolds. When you actually compare Seb's Sport 530 chart for the untuned/stock manifold version, the spoolup is very similar with a slight edge going to the 530's. The torque peak is at the same place, at around 4700 RPM. However, the horsepower doesn't die off at high RPM on the 1420s like they do on the others. This could leave a lot of potential for higher peak power with more boost, better manifolds, more tuning, etc. Has Greg already adjusted the wastegate actuators on these? Was he able to do it while they were on the car?
