| A good electronic controller will run you probably $200. The matched cells can be as high as $15 a piece for really good ones and you really want to have a 6 or 7 cell pack, so maybe $90 max. They have kits you can buy with the cells and connectors to solder and you can pick them up for anywhere form $40 all the way up to $100. Your biggest power increase will come from a new motor though. They have race wound motor armatures that go for as little as $30. Good stuff...
