I have a 92 TT with 66K orig miles, pearl white / Tan. I purchased the Z in 2004 with 49K miles. I enjoyed every mile I put on it. I started with few bolt-ons then upgraded to 300 deg rails and 740 inj. and specialtyZ chip. Drove the car for a while but one day noticed smoke from the exhaust. compression test showed the following #s Cyl.1 - 160
Cyl.2 - 120
Cyl.3 - 160
Cyl.4 - 120
Cyl.5 - 150
Cyl.6 - 150 I parked the car and started saving up for the rebuild and prepping the car for motor pull. As I was about to pull the trigger and order parts through HoustonZ, I came across a 1996 Silver TT with 30K miles.
I always wanted a 'silver' Z (goes back to the original Z commercial with fighter Jet). Long story short, I ended up purchasing the 96 Z. Now, I am offering the 92 Z for sale for someone who wants to take this platform and build the car to their spec. The car is clean with no accidents.
