Selling my pride and joy for the last 9 years: 1993 pearl white 300ZX twin turbo, upgraded to stage 3, automatic tranny. Bought the car in 1999 with 88K miles on it, put 49K miles in 9 years (137K miles total). The following upgrades were done since I've owned the car: Performance related: (~$1500 for stage III upgrade)
-JWT intake
-JWT ECU with boost jets
-JWT exhaust
-Goodridge SS brake lines
-Axxis brake pads
-NEO brake fluid
-Mobil 1 synthetic oil (always!)
-NGK spark plugs Cosmetics: -Katzkin's leather seats with embroidered Z logo, ~$1300
-Racing Hart Tracers, ~$1400 (17 x 7.5 all around)
-Kumho Ecsta Supra tires all around
-PIAA 9006 Superwhites low beams
-PIAA H3 fog lights
-NRAuto white face gauges, $120 (not installed, included)
-Joshua Tree CF dash kit, $150 (not installed, included)
-'Fairlady Z' stickers (not installed, included) Stereo: (~$1500) Alpine 7863 CD head unit

Eclipse amplifier In addition, I spent about $1200 painting several panels of the car, and about $1800 rebuilding the tranny ~3 years ago. I have receipts for most of the work but not all. There is a small scratch about the width of a quarter near the left side of the fuel door, but can be easily covered by touch up paint; there's about 3-4 tiny door dings. The hicas light is on. There is an electrical short that causes the brake lights to come on when stepping on the brakes. One of the wheels is missing the center cap. None of the problems affects the performance of the car.
The car is in great shape despite its age, runs smoothly, and has been my daily driver since I bought it (~3 miles each way to work). I’m sad to sell it but it’s time to find another loving home for it.
