Distinctive Features of OS Giken Multi Plate Clutch In spite of its decreased diameter, OS Giken clutch has achieved the efficient power transmission, along with the better engine response. Revised leverage mechanism of diaphragm spring on center cover privides higher pressure of the cluth disks hile reducing pedal effort. Ventilation holes are designed to reduce heat genearted inside of the clutch system during sports driving. Also these holes let frictio plate dust out of the clutch system, increasing its reliability and safety. OS Racing Clutch series and their friction plates are made of heat-treated metal. These materials are carefully selected and alloyed so that the plates match with the materials of the flywheel. and center plate to improve durability.
