A bad/torn/holey one can let rain/water into the car, and onto your seat. Defective ones are a very common cause of having water drip from the outer edge of te t-top. This one is BRAND NEW. I had it ordered when my car was broken into 2 years ago. then my insurance company ordered me 2, so here's the extra. Like the courtesy site says, they a 66 plus shipping.
