Message	They should be in good condition. Some light scratches or minor curb rash is ok but no dents or structural damage. Whether or not they include tires is not that important, although i would prefer that they do include center caps (i'd still consider them without the caps though). If they are inexpensive enough i may consider having them shipped, but i would prefer local pick-up in the NY-NJ-CT area, as it will probably work out better for both of us.
